Thai Massage is an ancient Oriental massage form practised for more then 2500 years. It focuses on pressure being applied to specific points and energy lines on the body. Traditional Thai massage increases blood circulation / lymph drainage and brings more flexibility to the body through the stretching movements; it harmonises body and mind.
This massage form is focussed on relaxing tired muscles and tissue where medium pressure and stretches are applied to the body. It is an ideal massage after / or before a long journey by plane or by car. This massage as well increases blood circulation and lymph drainage and brings a state of ‘well-being’ into place.
Here we work with the tissue of the layers of the body in order to relax, lengthen, and release holding patterns in the most effective and energy-efficient way possible. This form of massage is recommended for painful and stiff muscles.
Oil massages performed on a vibro-acoustic massage bed where vibrations which are sent through the massage bed and the vibro-acoustic sound deepens the relaxation experience.
ORIENTAL HAND AND FOOT MASSAGE
Based on Traditional Thai massage, but combined with the application of massage creams. Recommended for those who want to relax and be pampered; it is ideal to combine it with a pedicure and/or manicure.
A more vigorous way of head massage making use of different oils for the hair and face. It increases the blood circulation in the head and invigorates the person.
This holistic treatment applies pressure to the feet which provokes reflexes which correspond with a certain part of the body and stimulates them. A reflexology session is an ideal way to relax the whole body and to stimulate certain body areas if needed.
Anicca Relaxation has a jacuzzi with powerful jets for water massage. The jacuzzi is set on 38 degrees Celsius to have a deep relaxing effect on the body. The client can make use of the jacuzzi on its own or in combination with massages.
